fantastic stay in a central location

the lady at reception gave me an upgrade to a room with a balcony because i asked for a view , she welcomed me nicely and explained everything. i found the option to keep my luggage after check out very helpful , this allowed me to explore the city a bit more without any hassle. breakfast had a big choice , and the food was of great quality , especially eggs to order.
the sound isolation was not perfect , and i could hear some noises from the corridor.

The lady at reception was kind. She gave us a better room with a balcony because I wanted to see something nice. She explained things clearly and welcomed us warmly. I am thankful for the excellent breakfast and big selection of quality food.

the receptionist quickly checked me in and gave clear directions! the room had complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. breakfast included a varied selection of food. the location was close to major attractions, a short walk away.
Sound isolation could have been better. I heard noises from the corridor.

there was no hot water after midnight. church bells rang daily starting at 6am, disturbing. the bed was also quite small.

limited selectionstreet noise
The breakfast selection was quite limited, a disappointment. I expected more variety, especially considering the price. noise from the street was noticeable. I could clearly hear traffic even with the windows closed, difficult to sleep soundly. IT definitely impacted my rest.
